missing box and no help from customer service

Our order contain 3 boxes. First box has arrived on Friday. Second box on Wednesday following week and now third box has gone missing.
Both boxes we received arrived damaged a wood is marked all over. Contacted customer service via email and is is week and no one has come back to us.
Only good point is that item is made from good quality wood.

Not only I had to cancel my order after…

Not only I had to cancel my order after weeks of chasing to see if the item was ever going to be delivered, but now I have to chase for my refund. This company's customer service is beyond awful.

Bad customer service and communication - lovely products

I have had a very bad experience in regards to customer service and delivery.
Communication has been shocking and I am still waiting on a response for an incorrect item and missing item.
The quality of the products is lovely that I have received correctly and I am pleased with them - however frustrated about lack of communication.
Update. 09/06.
I have finally received all of the correct items now. I have been asked to update or remove my review following completion of my order, so I am updating it.
While the items I received are lovely, and customer services did source me the correct item to be delivered. It is only out of sheer luck that I was in to accept it as yet again I did not receive a dispatch or tracking email. I appreciate we are in a pandemic and sourcing items can be difficult I still feel let down by broken promises of deliveries that did not arrive on time and I had to chase up where they were. If it will take a month to be delivered then I am happy with that, but if I am told that an item will be delivered in one week and 2 weeks later I am chasing it up then I am frustrated with the situation. Expectations were set that clearly were not achievable, hence my frustration.

Go anywhere else

I ordered a cot as a gift for a friend, I checked with Tutti Bambini before ordering they could deliver to the date I wanted and were happy to include a gift note. All of this was confirmed.
The HUGE cot boxes then incorrectly turned up at my address (billing, not shipping) and after two weeks and countless calls, and emailing every single day - my friend has not received her gift and I have two huge boxes sitting in my hallway.
They continue to claim that a “courier is coming to collect”.. but there is no proof of this.
Ahmar, who claims to lead Customer Support, refuses to pass me along to anyone more senior.
I cannot warn you against this company enough, they are shocking and I can’t imagine worse customer experience than this.
Update: the cot was then attempted to be delivered to the wrong address THREE times - even after I had confirmed the correct address.
At the end of our 73 email exchanges Tutti Bambini offered to give me a small amount of compensation - unsurprisingly, this never arrived.

I am very disappointed by this company! Bad delivery, customer service and items not as they are on the website.

I am so disappointed by this company. We are expecting a baby is 3 weeks and I placed an order on 31st December for nursery furniture. It stated a 10-12 week delivery time. By 11 weeks I logged into the website to track my order and it said I had no orders so I called them. They told me there was a new website so some orders haven't transfered over. It still hasn't. They then led to tell me there is a delay on the delivery (were they going to inform me of this if I didnt chase it...?) And that they are due a delivery at the end of March and then my items will be sent out. I ordered a 3 piece Rio room set and a mattress in dove grey. The mattress and '2 of 2' of the chest of draws was delivered by a courier who didnt knock on our door (we have a ring camera), left the items outside of our house and left. I then received an email stating I had signed for the delivery and a signature which was not mine!! Therefore the courier had signed on my behalf which is unexceptable - we were in the whole time. We then tried to contact Tutti Bambini for 4 days, we called everyday but they say they are only answering emails due to covid, left a voicemail. We then have sent 3 emails to customer services over the last 3 days with no response about the rest of our delivery.
Finally I am very disappointed about the images on their website - when you click the dove grey Rio 3 piece set the ONLY photo looks very white and I assumed it would be but its a much darker grey and there is no picture of that colour choice on the website so if you choose grey its very grey and not anything like the photo that is advertised which again I am extremely disappointed about. I am unable to make any of the furniture yet with only a couple of weeks until baby is due it has caused me unnecessary stress.

Huge thanks to kelsea

Huge thanks to kelsea, after weeks of back and forth with the reseller I tried my luck and got in touch direct.
Kelsea resolved my issue in under 48 hours and was kind and courteous while doing so.
Additionally, our baby is sleeping so much better in the CoZee Air and we have tried 3 different cribs due to sleeping issues.

Fantastic service 5 out 5!
I ordered the Oscar rocking chair and pouffe and it arrived promptly. Sadly the legs for the chair were faulty. I rang and spoke to Nickie from customer service on the Thursday, who was very helpful and she arranged for replacements parts to be sent. These came the next day, super speedy service. They worked perfectly and the chair is now assembled. Beautiful item, lovely and relaxing. Great service, thank you!

Ordered a cot and dresser in November, 4 weeks later the order still had not arrived. I rang to find out what had happened. The item had been sent without the correct address therefore had been returned to them.
At no point was I contacted about this. just left to think the order was on its way.
The order was then sent out again, arrived in horrific condition, the every part of the cot was broken.
After many days back and forth Tutti Bambini agreed to collect the cot. I was told a day of collection, the day came and went without being collected.
I then tried to make contact with the office, however there were closed for the Christmas holidays.
I finally got in contact with the office and the collection was arranged again, this time it was collected. I supplied tutti bambini with proof of collection and they informed me in two separate ways that my replacement had been sent out.
Over 7 days later and it has still not arrived. I have just made contact with them again, to be told there is a delay and it is yet to be shipping and there is no way of knowing when it can be shipped due to 'Brexit'.
At no point was I contacted, I was just lead to believe the cot was being delivered any day.
I have had many many other items delivered with no issue regarding 'Brexit' so I find this excuse had to believe at this stage.
It is no other two months since I ordered and I do not have my complete order.
I wish I had sent the dresser back also and purchased from a different company.
it has caused me unneeded stress this late in my pregnancy which I do not need, and also taking the fun and joy out of setting up our first baby room during these already difficult times.
